This seminar is facilitated by Dr. Dana Carson, a globally respected leadership expert, trainer, and coach with decades of experience developing leaders across churches, organizations, and institutions. Dr. Carson is a certified DiSC® practitioner whose work is grounded in proven leadership research and real-world application.

1. Introduction to The Work of Leaders

Examines how DiSC® styles influence leadership behaviors and introduces the eight key priorities of the Everything DiSC® Leadership Map.

2. Vision

Examines what defines a compelling vision, highlights the behaviors that bring it to life—exploration, boldness, and testing assumptions—and encourages learners to assess both the benefits and challenges of their leadership tendencies.

3. Alignment

Explores the core elements of effective alignment, the key behaviors that support it—clarity, dialogue, and inspiration—and challenges participants to recognize the strengths and limitations of their natural tendencies in this area.

4. Execution

Explores the core elements of effective execution, the key behaviors that drive it—momentum, structure, and feedback—and challenges participants to identify the strengths and limitations of their natural tendencies in this area.

5. Action Planning

Through role-playing interviews, learners explore their strengths and growth areas within each component of the Work of Leaders model. Participants identify a primary challenge and create a focused action plan to drive improvement.
